Grid Font

Grid Font is a unique typeface designed for the Type Factory Museum, ideal for titles, headlines, and exhibitions. Challenge: Create a typeface inspired by the museum’s mark using basic design shapes. Solution: Grid Font was crafted using just two shapes: a square and a quarter circle, the latter derived from combining a circle and triangle. Built on a 5×5 grid, each letter adheres to this structure, ensuring no character exceeds the grid’s dimensions. At least one quarter-circle is incorporated into every letter, reflecting the museum’s iconic design.
