Thorngumbald Font
Thorngumbald is a playful sans-serif typeface designed to enhance legibility for individuals with impaired vision. The typeface originated as an experiment aimed at distorting certain characters to differentiate similar shapes, thus combining quirkiness with legibility. The Latin character set includes over 600 characters, OpenType features, contextual diacritic kerning, and more. Although the typeface was temporarily set aside for other projects, we’ve decided to offer the complete regular weight for free. We hope to receive feedback from a broader audience to further develop the typeface to meet the needs of its intended users.
